Through our experience in the manufacturing and aggregates industries, Phillips has developed a self contained, prewired and tested mobile electrical room to meet our customers’ diverse needs.
We utilize shipping containers modified to meet our customer’s requirements for electrical systems and control wiring. Each room is designed and engineered to meet strict Electrical and Building Code requirements. Customers receive a scaled diagram showing locations of equipment, HVAC, door locations and provisions for future growth.

All electrical and control equipment is shipped to our factory controlled environment, installed in the room and wired to specifications. Each completed room is quality checked for torque values and correct operation before leaving. This reduces field construction labor time required for startup.
The room is insured and shipped to the site and placed on a prepared foundation. The incoming and outgoing field wiring is installed on site and the plant is ready to run.
These self contained units can also be designed for portable air, utility generation, and pumping applications.

This method of construction has been proven to:
- Save labor
- Reduce costs
- Allow flexibility
- Shorten start-up time
- Allow repeated relocation and reuse.
Additional options such as control rooms, landings and stairs are also available.
